Foods that are good sources of omega 3 fatty acids include salmon and other oily fish, avocados and flaxseeds.

Avoiding dairy products

The acne diet also involves avoiding dairy products like milk since they are been linked to acne breakouts.

Adopting an Acne-Free Lifestyle

In addition to following an acne diet, you should also adopt an acne-free lifestyle by doing the following:

*Joining a smoking cessation program if you smoke cigarettes

*Cleaning your mobile phone with antiseptic wipes regularly
