I tried to pop a big zit but nothin game out and now my skin left me with a scab and it’s been atleast 1 weeks and I’ve been picking on it and I know I’m not suppose too but i just need help what to do.

One of the complications that may arise when you try to pop a zit at home is cellulitis which is inflammation of the surrounding tissues after infection has been introduced.
Therefore do not pop a zit at home.
Since the area looks quite inflammed, I suggest you get a prescription of a course of antibiotics like Flucloxacillin for at least one week.
